You're King Casimir III 'The Great' of Poland,  and THE PLAGUE is ravaging Europe. 

Merchants can carry wealth to your Kingdom, but can also carry THE PLAGUE, so you must control the traffic of merchants with the help of your doctors! Sounds easy, right? 

WRONG. Doctors aren't always right, so be wary of their advice.
